Education System

India! Is a place where in every second millions of babies are born to see the new phase of their life! As we are aware that the Darwin’s theory ‘Survival of the Fittest’ applies everywhere and so does it on the humans also. Hence once the baby enters into the world, the parents start thinking about their future like what will you do in Life for sustaining yourself? I would say Hold on. Let them breathe at least. They are yet too small to even get that idea. Instead give them strength to face the life.

It is true that this is country (India) where one needs to have a real strong foundation by making money or becoming Einstein. As this is the only way one could be recognized. But money can’t come in our hand as such for that we need to study or to say educate ourselves properly. So for that every parent is behind their child to make him/her an Engineer or Doctor as these are the only options for a child to pick in from. They are putting all their efforts to make this possible for their child. But how could system keep their pockets full without sucking common people!

Indian education system has become a real big business now days. They have come up with their professional level wherein the one with money power can get it and the real knowledgeable one is not able to afford it. To elaborate it if you are eligible but can’t afford the fees then Sorry! You are out of the race. School and college fees have become equal to a common man’s annual income.

Day by day private institutes have made all their efforts to stay among the people. Everywhere private tuition, schools, colleges, institutes have come up with their profession and along with five star facilities. They all have become competitor of them and raised the standard so high that it’s just a dream for common people. They have come up such a good criteria stating that we provide good guidance and highly qualified teachers to make your child’s future bright. Students get attracted to this kind of facility. Even though they don’t know how to deal with the basics of education but they shall ensure you that they will teach students in ‘AC Room’. As an outcome the electricity charges are paid by the parents of such students only in the form of extra fees. We are foolish as well to pay it happily and we proudly say “My son is studying in this school or college with fully furnished facility like the AC classrooms, use of high tech gadgets etc.” My question at this point is, Is it really necessary to have such facility to teach/educate a student? Can a student be educated in such comfort only?

Another drawback to the education system is that certain universities consist of good environment to study but then they lack proper syllabus or subjects needed for that degree. If a student  goes in the market for the job with that degree, I am pretty sure that he won’t succeed in acquiring a job. Universities or to say the education system have no idea so as to what should be kept in as the content of a syllabus/ course/subject. They are least aware about which things are required as per the market demand currently. They just go with their flow as they have to. Even they come up with such a lengthy course and out of which hardly anything is of real use in the future or in the real world. They just create burden on the students and make their parent’s pockets empty.

This education system makes the primary student to carry a bag which is double heavier than their own weight. The course for students of primary level is so high that it’s really very hard and difficult for them to understand also. Even a 2 or 3 year kid should be more focused on their studies rather than learning to walking or speaking at the first.  Although it is a dream of every parent to provide the best education to their child but at times they need understand their situation. If they are not that familiar with the English then how you could expect your child to top in that English medium.  Every kid is not the same, not that intelligent enough and it’s not their fault actually. This is the general tendency of the people. We are not at a certain level in the society unless and until our child is pursuing his education in English medium. Well it is not a bad thing but then to crush the child’s capability is bad. Rather there should be a free choice given a student to get a career in what they love or in what their real interest is.

India should give more focus on two things to make it better. One its Education system and the other one is Politics. At the end its the Education system of India that makes you poor!!

The Reelity Show

Television what to say...!! It has become the fastest broadcasting entity in the world since past 15-20 years. It has a general name given by the people as “Idiot Box” which is a truth and I totally agree to this. As a person who sits in front of the TV has no idea about the things going around nor is aware about the amount time spent in watching. There are numerous channels with so many shows coming up, some worth watching and the rest totally crap; now this depends on individual’s choice. But apart from all these shows or programs, it updates us with the news and informative things that are going around in the world in no time.
As it is said that every coin has two sides, so does this idiot box also come up with its own advantages and disadvantages. Generally these days the shows like saas-bahu type: Balika-vadhu, Some real action shows: Roadies, Some competitive ones: Dance and Talent shows are more popular and grab more TRPs than any other news or social shows/channels. Now how can we call these shows/serials to be more popular? Actually, it is not their content that makes them popular but it’s just due people like us how sit and spend hours in front of that idiot box watching all these shows/serials. It is the general trend of such Reality shows. A big confusion that rolls around in my mind is whether it is ‘Real-ity show’ or ‘Reel-ity show’!! And have to just leave with thing without any answer.
There are many shows that hunt for natural talent which is hidden among the huge crowd that our country holds. But hardly few are worth that place rest of them just come in for fun. It’s like if you are doing nothing and is capable of seeing yourself getting raped on the national television then you are most welcomed here. There are many anti-socials shows that are capable of bringing in a bad or to emphasis it worse impact on your mind. After participating into such show, we can only get MA (Master in Abusing) degree. Apart from this some people just come in to get famous or to be seen on TV the way they are getting rapped by the judges for their vulnerable behavior. Are they insane? How could you sale your life style and impression just to grab such a fame!??
Certain reality shows are been scripted and a viewer could guess that very well.  Such attempt is mainly done to attract the viewers or audience. If this is not done then it would be difficult for them to come up with the next season. That is why I prefer to say “Reelity show” where everything is scripted on the Reel and show up as Reality one. But on the other hand some reality shows like KBC, quiz contest which are really worth the effort and can change a common man’s life. Still people would prefer to watch such shows only as it’s the best means for a common man to establish its reputation in the market not matter it would be in all wrong sense and increase their value more than KBC.
As far as our Indian culture is consult it doesn’t suits to our personality and manner. It’s not our fault at all as we are being brought up in that manner only. And nobody can change anyone’s thought and their views or beliefs. To change our culture and thoughts, first we need to start it from our end rather than expecting it from others. But honestly this is not a common mentality or approach of people here. They would rather expect the whole world to change out but won’t make a single effort to change themselves.
To end up I would only say that we must obey and follow the path which leads to the ladder of progress and success. This could only be done with a bigger and brighter vision. And for that we neither need any ‘Reelity’ show nor ‘Reality’ show.  The only thing that we need is the ‘Specialty’ and a good human ‘Mentality’ to accomplish our wishes/goals.

I,Me and Myself

Hello Friends,

I am the boy who is non professional writer or to say a learner in the world of writing. But as far as writing and the perception of thinking is concerned can say that I am really good at it. This is mainly a public opinion. I am mainly good at jumbling up with words although still an average player when it comes to bringing up my thoughts in English.
Well, I am from small city in Gujarat, India named as Vadodara or commonly known as Baroda. I have done my schooling from this lovely city and was in a wish to continue my further studies from the same place. But my fate had something else stored up for me. Yes, I accomplished my Bachelors degree (BCA) or to say my graduation from Vidya Nagar or more precise to say as Vallabh Vidyanagar, a place which is 40 km away from Baroda. I am happy that I got this opportunity to be at that place and to spend three Golden era of my life. Oh yes I said "Golden Era" just because that place and my college had given me the most important and precious moments and persons called as friends or roommates or my brothers. Above this it taught me how to overcome my fears/problems on my own and an ability to behave and deal with various types of people. I would say that whatever I am now is it just because of that place. A place that is responsible to bring out the real me. I would say that it’s this place that gave me good strength and courage to overcome all the problems that came my way. It had given me the capability and capacity to think even beyond my limits and ability so that I could excel out and helped me dig out all the thoughts that were in stored somewhere deep inside my head.
When my graduation was about to end, we had a thought of continuing our studies by opting for post graduation or to say as Masters and were quiet sure to pursue it from different college/university, I mean at some other place/city. But to my fate I got stuck to the same place again rather to say it was not enough of experience. Although I was already tired and sick of that place, just had a longed to leave it forever but God didn't wish that. So he had decided to make me more stronger, bold and straight forward, to say this in a positive note. Hence I secured my place for Masters in ISTAR (Institute of Science & Technology for Advanced Studies & Research) which is located just opposite to my previous college. And to add in this it’s not only me who had such a bad luck but my other room mates were also sailing in the same boat +Kartik Panchal and +Nirav Patel. Its human nature, you feel good when you see people with you in the same condition.
In my tenure of Masters, I was lucky enough to come across many new people and also got some new roommates as well. But as its said that Old is Gold, I would really agree to this as none of those new mates could fill the gap of the older ones. It was a good phase as it made me learn something new each day and each time. Well it’s sad that the new things which are started is just about to end and now I feel like time flies really fast.
Finally to wrap this article, I would just like to say that whoever I am now is just because of all those wonderful people who came into my life during this phase. And not to forget that it’s just because of you all who are my real inspiration behind this article and the thoughts that I tried to put in over here. I would not been here if you didn't encourage me or could say given me that strength to plot them into an article.
This was a small try to bring out the writer inside me. From now onwards will try to become a good writer or to say Professional Writer. I know it takes much effort to be a profession writer but by your support and my hard work I am sure will make it someday definitely. I will try to improve my writing skills and try my best to come up with some new ideas in my posts.
This is who I am.. Jigar Shah...
Thank You
